Production Time
Because all of our products are handmade, it may take a little longer before you got them in your hands.
The overall production time is a maximum of 2 weeks. The production time for the harnesses are up to 3 weeks.
*The overall shipping time will be 1 to 2 workdays in the Netherlands.
Returning policy
Because all collars (leather and biothane) are made to size, it is not possible to return these items. All other items are returnable, within 7 days of delivery at your home. Please note that the items need to be in perfect condition and can't be used. Then we will refund your order. Please be aware that processing the return can take a couple of work days, before your payment will be refunded.
