Measuring the collar size
Take a measuring tape and measure at the widest part of the neck, close to the shoulders. The collar needs to be tight enough so it won’t slip off their head, but not too tight. Place two fingers between the collar and your dog for the perfect fit.

Size chart - Bandanas
* The centimeters noted in the chart are the measurement around the whole neck (around) your dog, not the length of the bandana itself. For example: when your dog has a neck measurement of 25cm, your ideal size would be a XS.
Production Time
Returning policy
Because all collars (leather and biothane) and custom leashes are made to size and wishes, it is not possible to return these items. If you order the wrong size, it unfortunately is not in our hands. If any adjustments have to be made, this is on behave of your own costs. All other items are returnable, within 7 days of delivery at your home. Please note that the items need to be in perfect condition and can't be used. Then we will refund your order. Please be aware that processing the return can take a couple of work days, before your payment will be refunded.
